Service Engagements

Transaction-coordination and operations services begin only after the parties approve a written service agreement. The agreement controls the scope, pricing, responsibilities, payment terms, and cancellation terms for each engagement.

Brokerage Oversight

Services are administrative and operational in nature and are performed subject to applicable law, the agent’s employing broker, brokerage policies, approved systems, and required supervision. The licensed agent and broker remain responsible for brokerage decisions and client representation.

Pricing and Cancellation

Published prices are starting prices and may vary based on file complexity, transaction type, brokerage requirements, urgency, and requested services. Standard transaction fees are invoiced at closing. If a file is cancelled after substantial coordination work has begun, a $75 cancellation fee applies unless the written service agreement states otherwise.

No Guarantee

Precision Realty Services does not guarantee that a transaction will close, that every third party will perform on time, or that any particular business result will occur.
